Kebby Pro-Seal, semi-automatic vial crimping unit
Quick Overview:
The Pro-Seal is a pneumatically operated, semi-automatic vial crimp-capping machine that provides downward pressure to the top of the crimp seal and vial, which compresses the components together, prior to crimping. This is especially useful for conditions that call for a thicker stopper, or any time there is not sufficient clearance for the aluminum seal to be wrapped around the lip of the vial. Another advantage is that the seal is crimped squarely onto the vial since it is all done on a level surface.
The downward pressure and crimp pressure are both adjustable to meet the operator's needs.
The unit uses interchangeable crimper heads to consistently crimp seals up to 43mm in size.
Crimp cycle time: 2.5seconds to 4.5 seconds depending on settings used.
