Kebby Bench Crimpers
Quick Overview:
The Kebby Bench Crimper was designed to provide a consistent and uniform crimped seal on vials and bottles with little operator effort. The Bench-top vial crimper allows the operator to adjust and return to settings allowing the operator to quickly achieve repeatable crimped seals. The unit can be used for crimp capping or decapping vials and bottles.
The bench crimper uses interchangeable vial crimping and decapping heads which are easily changed without the use of tools since they simply screw in and out.
Precise adjustments and settings are achieved using the crimp setting collar allowing incremental adjustments as fine as .006" or .15mm to provide an optimum seal.
The adjustable handle is made using a built-in levered cam design, providing a smooth, consistent feel during operation. Even the tougher magnetic alloy caps can be crimped repeatedly without operator stress or fatigue.
Built in stop allows the same crimp to be achieved with multiple operators.
